• Experienced in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
• Adaptive to learning new skills and tech savvy
• Comfortable working onsite in Bacolod City Negros Occidental

Job Description:

• Recording of checks, deposits, credit cards, loans, and others.
• Reconcile bank, credit card and loan statements
• Account reclassification and assignment of classes
• Recording of journal entries
• Preparation of customer invoices and statements
• Extracting financial reports
• Set-up chart of accounts
• Create and upgrade company’s QuickBooks file
• Others, as assigned
